“Aliyah” is the Hebrew word for ascent. " The word is connected with the “Psalms of Ascent” (Psalms 120-134) which were recited by pilgrims on their way up to Jerusalem for the great feasts. Our prairie skirt speaks to the pilgrimage we are on as earth-dwellers who are heaven bound!
Aliyah also means "lofty.” Yet it is not to be confused with loftiness of heart, but rather the lofty adventures with God that arise from living a surrendered life. Our humble prairie skirt is made for purposed movement IN and FOR the Lord all day long! In the fields, in the kitchen, or traveling about town!

The skirt can fit a size XS-XL! Message me your waist size, in inches, when you order, and the skirt waistband will be finished just for you… to ensure a perfect fit!
Materials + Care
Made with 100% cotton. The fabric is pre-washed before sewing to prevent shrinkage after purchase! For the greatest longevity of each piece, we recommend washing with cold water and tumble drying on low heat!
