We've named our classic Peter Pan collar dress after the Hebrew word "Ariel," which means "lionness of God." It is a name that God gave to Jerusalem in the old testament. At the root of the word is "Ari", which means to burn, specifically on a hearth. Our Ariel dress is a symbol of remaining seated at the hearth of the flame that keeps the home and keeps you.
