Made by Galin Smith, an award winning Sugarmaker, who lives down the road from Kelly! His sugar is known for its strong maple flavor, its light and beautiful "creep", and its gorgeous cream color, perfect for dusting cookies or using in frosting! Kelly uses maple in everything she bakes and loves it as a 1:1 replacement for white sugar. She especially loves it as the sweetener in hot cocoa for the flavorful hints of vanilla and caramel it adds!
